Responsible for the project development, implementation and management of the furniture company, including planning, budgets, commercial risk analysis, contract negotiations leading to implementation. The main goal of the project – implementation of outsourcing model for production and optimizing logistic channels to organize stable furniture (finished*parts) supply to the CIS and Ukrainian markets.
