Title: Head of Clinical Research
Client: The world’s leader in biomedical and pharmaceutical industry, listed at Fortune 500.
Requirements:
• Experience in clinical trials as Clinical Research Site Manager and performance in this capacity (at least 4 and more years)
• Experience as project manager in clinical trial (incl. formation of budget, budget control e.t.c) and performance in this capacity – international experience in clinical trials is of benefit (at least up to two years)
• Education and background (Medical, Pharmaceutical or Life Science background with preferably second relevant education)
• Additional education outside Ukraine is of benefit
• Fluent English (speaking, hearing and reading comprehension)
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry (marketing experience preferred as marketing means budget formation and control and human resource management)
• Training record (training not only in clinical trials area but also trainings of management and soft skills)
• Leadership, communication and human resources management skills
• Action oriented and results driven
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
• Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• IT skills
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation and management of all clinical trials. Management of the investigator sites, including selection, training and monitoring. Primary contact for investigators and study personnel for all ongoing*planned studies.
Supervise Clinical Research Site Managers (CRSM), and Clinical Trial Administrators (CTA). Coordinate administrative work related to clinical trials operations. Coordinate and Manage investigation sites, including supervising selection, training, monitoring and co-monitoring activity. Ensure quality control, project’s meeting and local business targets. Coordinate preparation of ethics and regulatory applications according to Company standards and local legislation.
